Smoker BBQ Trailer Kit Assembly

The steps listed below are not a complete or comprehensive set of instructions on how

to assemble the BBQ Smoker Trailer Kit, but are to give you a brief idea of the process.

When you order your kit you will need to pick it up on a utility trailer at a shipping warehouse with a loading dock.   If you do not have one or cannot arrange for the kit to be shipped to a loading dock near you, then you can pick it up at a Conway Freight Shipping Hub.  Simply do a search for a Conway Freight Hub near you and use their address as a destination for shippment when you place your order.

The BBQ Smoker Trailer Kit weighs approximately 920 lbs. and is on a pallet 56" x 62".  The Firebox Chamber and Cooking Chamber come mounted on the rear portion of the trailer with the axle.  The remainder of contents are inside the Cooking Chamber.  There are about 6 basic steps for assembly.  You will be required to 1) connect the Firewood Platform to the rear portion of the trailer 2) connect the tongue to the Firewood Platform 3) connect the jack to the tongue 4) connect the tables to the Cooking Chamber 5) connect the smoke stacks to the Cooking Chamber 6) install the wiring harness and lights.
