The Barbeque Smoker Trailer above has the following features:

 

  • This BBQ Smoker Trailer is manufactured in kit form to allow for cheaper shipping and must be assembled by the buyer unless picked up locally.  Assembly takes approximately 1 hour

  • 19.5" x 15.3" x 21.5" Firebox Chamber with 2 Draft Control Knobs (One on each side of the chamber for optimal air flow)

  • 3 ft. x 4 ft. Cooking Chamber with Slideout Cooking Grate

  • Reverse Flow System created by channeling smoke and heat through from the back in the center to the front in the center of the cooking chamber.  The smoke and heat is then released and flows back across the cooking chamber to exit at the rear and both ends through double smoke stacks.  The purpose is to create a cooking chamber with minimal temperature variations within for more evenly cooked meat

  • Smoke and heat Reverse Flow Channel triangular in shape to help prevent grease and ash buid up as well as optimize heat and smoke flow 

  • Firebox and Reverse Flow Channel configured to optimize heat for grilling and barbequing meat without the need for building a fire in the Cooking Chamber.  Eliminating the need for a fire in the Cooking Chamber eliminates the need for often cleaning of the chamber.  You can generate all the heat you need from a  fire in the Fire Box Chamber which is easy to clean.  This feature also almost eliminates the chance of flame flare ups in the cooking chamber or uneavenly heated grilling and barbequing surface. 

  • 3/16 Steel on Firebox and Cooking Chamber (The lid and the metal to which the lid is connected is less than 3/16 to prevent the lid from being too heavy to lift)

  • Two Tables (1 attached to each side of the outside of the Cooking Chamber)

  • 34.5" x 27" Firewood Platform located conveniently to Fire Box Chamber

  • Charcoal Grate in the bottom of the Cooking Chamber.  This grate is added for those who may have doubts about the ability to generate ample heat from the Fire Box Chamber.  You will find it is not needed and be amazed at the ability to generate all the heat needed for grilling and barbequing from the Fire Box Chamber

  • Draft Controls on the Double Smoke Stacks
